Housing American Heroes provides its service to you subject to these Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms”). By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and in a manner that does not interfere with other visitors or the organization.

Information and Availability

Website information is provided for general informational purposes. HAH may modify, suspend, or discontinue part of the service. You agree that Housing American Heroes shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Donations

Card payments are not processed by this replacement website until Stripe is configured and activated. Donations made through Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, or another provider are also subject to that provider's terms. Donors should keep their payment confirmation for their records.
